Dealership is fine, however if VW of North America orders a recall, I would expect they will rhe parts to take care of the recall. As it was, the service advisor did all the paperwork, I proceded to leave wh a recall, I would expect they will rhe parts to take care of the recall. My appointmentAt Volkswagen in Tampa, I was scheduled for 9am. They only saw me after 10am, they said it would be 45 minutes. But they only returned the car to me at 12:35pm and it was dirty. The service desk is very professional and personable.
