Volkswagen of North Tampa is excellent in customer service. I live in St. Petersburg and was continually disappointed with customer service and mechanical service in my neighbor. I can’t say enough good things about how Kevin Emerson and Tristan went out of their ways to fix an ongoing problem we have had on our vehicle. Needless to say after two attempts at correcting the problem and Tristan went out of their ways to fix an ongoing problem we have had on our vehicle. Needless to say after two attempts at correcting the problem at another dealership and getting the run around on repairs from them.,we went to Volkswagen of North Tampa and their service team went over and above to make things right. We are more than pleased with the results and repairs we received. More

The work was done on a timely basis, despite having to order the parts from out of state. My service advisor, Anita Kennedy was very friendly and helpful. Still not as good as Reeves was. Trust still hasn’t been earned when quotes are 4 or 5x the cost. 3% credit card cost is another way they just lose trust. It’s a bad look. The only positive is they were able to get me in and out quickly for an oil change (even though more than half of that cost was in “fees”). One of the suggestions was to replace my cabin filter, which they took out and showed me on video. Great right? No. It was covered in leaves and they couldn’t even do the decency of dumping out the leaves before putting it back. They need to bring back the family friendly atmosphere, service, and reasonable pricing that used to be there before the acquisition. More
