I was very impressed with the friendly staff and how quickly I was greeted and served for my appointment. I had an appointment for an oil change and to have a situation checked out on my car that is sti quickly I was greeted and served for my appointment. Mandi was great however I was disappointed that the reason I brought my car in was not found. I was given an alternative to come back and leave my car. I came for a tuneup then drove 3 days afterwards with a rattling engine ready to stall. It was an engine cap that was over tightened. 2 nd time this has happened. Always come to Florida Ave center. The reason for only three stars is that once we left the dealership, we were basically ghosted. My husband has called and tried to speak with someone from the dealership about promises made (and written in the contract) along with just a couple of basic questions and getting a response or a call back is near impossible. Someone is always on vacation or out of the office. If you're looking to buy a car and never speak with the dealership again then awesome, but when we have a simple question about our lease a call back would be more than appreciated. More
