Volkswagen of North Tampa - Service Center

This was a horrible experience. I scheduled a recall repair and drove there to be told they couldn’t repair it. There was another issue with the car where they said it would be 2 I scheduled a recall repair and drove there to be told they couldn’t repair it. There was another issue with the car where they said it would be 2-2 1/2 hours and it took over 4 hours to finish. When the car was brought up from the wash there was a residue on the car. The service advisor berated another employee (porter who drove the car up) and snapped at him and told him to wipe it down. The service advisor was very rude to the porter and this was in front of customers. The porter did not have the proper rag to wipe it down and the service advisor snapped at the porter again telling him to take it to the detail shop. The porter asked which detail shop and she snapped saying “I don’t care. Just do it “. I know this dealer will never be like Reeves was, but this was disgusting to see such horrible human behavior.
