I was impressed with the staff’s kindness, politeness, and professionalism. Additionally the customer service area was very clean and well organized. I was ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED with Dustin Dalziel, who was the service advisor. He was knowledgeable and gave advice in a understandable way. While waiting, I witnessed him deal with the associated stress in a very commendable manner. James, the mechanic who worked on my car, spoke with about his work and took the time to explain everything. It is VERY APPARENT James knows what he is doing and enjoys his job. What Michelangelo could do with a paintbrush or chisel, James can do with a wrench. He is that good. Period. The dealership is blessed to have Dustin and James working there. Both greatly enhance the North Tampa VW experience. More
