I have had my service 2017 VW DUNE Beetle since I bought it. Always wonderful! The person who took care of me was Lis, and she is straight forward, kind, and personable. I was never given a copy of my warranty or my extended warranty therefore I don’t know what’s covered or for how long. Trying to get it from the dealer but has not given it yet. Long time Reeves customer. Took my VW to have an oil change and inspection this weekend. Service advisor said everything looked good on the multi point inspection. Decided to check the engine and cabin air filters today and both were disgustingly dirty. Paid a higher price to go to the dealership and have the job done right and expected to have everything checked out. Morgan has failed to meet expectations and obviously is not doing what they claim to do. Trust is definitely broken and am not happy with feeling like I am just a number to this large autogroup who in my perception is not about taking pride in a job well done and providing a real service to customers who care about their vehicles. Be careful with Service as you certainly might not get what you pay for with your hard-earned money. More
