Mandy was quick to prepare t he service order and check for any service bulletins or recalls. As I chose to wait for service I was informed it would take about an hour and a half which was reasonable. About an hour later I received a courtesy video of the vehicle being inspected and the oil change being completed. Work was completed on time and Mandy also arranged to have the key fob batteries replaced, nice touch. Very pleased with the experience and looking forward to our other vehicle's service appointment next month. More

I am so upset with the service and communication. It’s been 3 weeks and issues have not been fixed. I called many times and asked for GM or Mike, but could not get them to answer. Called Dustin with the problem he ask me to bring my car right in. When I got there and explained the problem he took my car right into service and found the problem and I was back on the road in 30 minutes right in.
