My appointmentAt Volkswagen in Tampa, I was scheduled for 9am. They only saw me after 10am, they said it would be 45 minutes. But they only returned the car to me at 12:35pm and it was dirty. A 45 minute ser 9am. They only saw me after 10am, they said it would be 45 minutes. But they only returned the car to me at 12:35pm and it was dirty. A 45 minute service took almost 3 hours. It's absurd, it's irresponsible with customers. Your customer service is terrible!!!!!! More

The service desk is very professional and personable. I thought they'd give me a hard time about a situation that I felt I was going to have to "prove", but they simply took my word for it which is just I thought they'd give me a hard time about a situation that I felt I was going to have to "prove", but they simply took my word for it which is just good customer service. I would like to see a "business center" of some sort (even just a few desks). The 1 desk is always occupied when I go. Each time I come here, I have to "hunch over" on the small table to work. More
