Dealership is fine, however if VW of North America orders a recall, I would expect they will rhe parts to take care of the recall. As it was, the service advisor did all the paperwork, I proceded to leave wh a recall, I would expect they will rhe parts to take care of the recall. As it was, the service advisor did all the paperwork, I proceded to leave when the advisor chased me down the parking lot to tell me, they did not have the part in stock and it would be a few days before they could take of it.
