The repair took longer than expected. I was originally told 2 hours and it ended up taking 6. Other than that, your staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Kaitlyn Coon was our sales consultant. I would recommend her 10/10! She’s very gentle and patient. Ask for her if you’re in the market for a vehicle! He made the process smooth and was right to the point. He didn’t beat around the bush with us as we were signing paperwork. 10/10 on Ron! I do feel the dealership as a whole is ran by young managers, and it wasn’t at all organized. Overall, business was fine. More
