I came into to have the recently replaced brake booster inspected because I was still hearing grinding / swooshing noise. The mechanic left my coolant cap off after inspections. We were stranded on I-4 fou inspected because I was still hearing grinding / swooshing noise. The mechanic left my coolant cap off after inspections. We were stranded on I-4 four days later when the coolant was emptied out. You can actually see in the video they provide that he failed to put the cap back on. Dustin was extremely helpful during the process and follow up. Very frustrating and dangerous that the mechanic left that cap off. More

After my initial experience on an oil change, and then the follow up on the work to be done on the car I had to describe my experience with service manager to get things straightened out.
