Our salesperson was nice but wasn't able to answer our question about the spare tire because he was new to the location. He was very attentive and courteous. Waited over 2 hours for simple oil change with a scheduled appointment. Drove away and dash lights up because mechanics did not reset after tire rotation. Preston is not your used car parrot that merely repeats what’s on the website. He genuinely wants to help put a deal together including taking a video and communicating!
