I was recently in twice and Dustin was very helpful and friendly both times. I'm usually happy with everything at VW of North Tampa, but recently had to pay an extra percentage to use my credit card for pa friendly both times. my ID 4 got problem in 10 days after purchase . I had tow the car to Lakeland Volkswagen and no proper update ,iam still waiting for my car to fix since more than 3 weeks now .
