Patrick went above and beyond by personally contacting the tire warranty company, confirming my new tire was covered, and handling all the details—saving me the hassle entirely. The second time, my dad brought in my car while I was at work, and he couldn’t stop raving about Patrick’s service. He was attentive, pleasant, and kept my dad updated on the status of the repairs throughout the process. Patrick truly provides outstanding customer service, and I’m grateful for how easy he makes everything. Thank you, Patrick! More
Deceitful and full of false promises, was promised a car detail, this was promised by the Manager Michael Moceri still hasn’t happened , really disrespectful behavior. Raphael Taft and his manager, as well as Dan in finance were phenomenal. The dealership is undergoing some construction, so I assume the new building will be a bit more glamorous to admire. My service technician, Jean Ortiz, is extremely thorough finding anything that needs repair, fixing it to the highest standard. My service advisor, Patrick Bellendier, coordinated all aspects of my service visit, including arranging for shuttle service to and from the dealership, and ensuring my car was clean and in perfect condition upon pickup. Highly recommended! More
