I bought a new Atlas Peak Edition w/ technology from these guys. I got a fantastic deal financially my salesman Yaya who was truly patient and wonderful along with sales manager Michael really dug deep these guys. Not so fast, I finally get my beautiful new car home and there is a problem. I get notifications on the dash there is a problem with the steering wheel heat,So I bring the car back the next morning. They got it in the shop in a timely fashion and offered me a brand new car of my choice to use while they fixed mine. Well I am an older guy set in my ways and I don’t like driving other peoples cars . So I said no you should never have delivered a car of this caliber without thoroughly checking it for issues. Well they agreed and to say they moved heaven and earth to get my car repaired and returned to me in a couple of hours would be an understatement. My experience here was exceptional and I highly recommend this dealership. PS the car is awesome! More

Worked with Nick for 3 days prior to driving 2 hours to purchase the 2021 VW Jetta SEL Premium. Nick provided everything I asked for and we discussed the estimated out-the-door quote. I indicated to him purchase the 2021 VW Jetta SEL Premium. Nick provided everything I asked for and we discussed the estimated out-the-door quote. I indicated to him on multiple occasions, on different days, the VW Advantage plan for $1999 was a deal breaker. He understood this. Fast forward 3 days, I drive 2 hours to go purchase the car, cash in hand and my own tag. However, once I got there, he showed me the final cost which included the VW Advantage plan for $1999. I told him, as I previously discussed with him, that was a deal breaker, and he even acknowledged I communicated that to him multiple times. In comes the Russ Blank, sales leader. Russ starts off by telling me he doesn't understand why this car is priced so low and that the VW Advantage plan cannot be removed because they would lose money on the car. Just so everyone knows, the VW Advantage plan is mostly PURE PROFIT to the dealer for a bunch of garbage protections that are completely unnecessary or are grossly overvalued. I found it odd, Russ says he was unaware this car was priced so low but was able to correct me instantaneously when I reminded him the car had been on the lot for 56 day. Apparently was on the lot for 58 days. Then Russ offered me another vehicle at a higher price which he said he could drop the VW Advantage Plan on. He also told me that he couldn't by the car I was trying to buy from auction at the price they were selling it and that is why he couldn't waive the Advantage plan. Folks, that should tell you something right there about what that plan is really all about. Russ went on to tell me they had a policy that for any car that has been on the lot for 60 day they ship off to auction. There were multiple other lies. I requested the GM to call me, to date I have not received a call from them. Honestly, I will be surprised if they do call me. Nick was a nice guy but lead me to believe I could purchase the car without the VW Advantage plan by not offering up anything to the contrary when I indicated to him that was a deal breaker. Russ Blank is, simply a liar! I cannot, in good conscience, recommend VW North Tampa to anyone and recommend BEWARE! More
