The Good: My salesman was friendly, I thoroughly like my new Jetta, the process on the day of purchase went quickly. The Ugly: It’s been more than 30 days since I made my purchase and my trade-in hasn’t been paid off. I have left several voicemails messages and sent many text messages trying to get a hold of Dan in finance, but he hasn’t contacted me. Even a status update would be nice. I’m less upset that it isn’t paid off than I am about Dan not communicating with me about the process. I have my first payment of my Jetta coming up and I still have to make the payment on my old vehicle. More
