I came in for a headlamp replacement, a recall, and replacement wiper blades. I had an appointment. Arrived early they checked me in and I began to work in the lobby. After about 2.5 hours I got a tex replacement wiper blades. I had an appointment. Arrived early they checked me in and I began to work in the lobby. After about 2.5 hours I got a text and was asked if I watched the video they sent me. I replied no I am busy working but I hope we are almost done. At this point my service advisor met me in the lobby and let me know she recommends approx $8500 of maintenance and repairs. 2 weeks prior they sent me an unsolicited email that my vehicle was worth just under $15k if I wanted to trade it in. I let her know I am not interested in spending $8500 on a vehicle they told me was worth less than $15k. Please just replace the headlamp, wiper blades, and perform the recall today. At this time she let me know they did not have the parts for the recall or the headlamp. That information would have been very useful 2.5hours ago. I feel my time was completely disrespected. Also feels borderline predatory for even suggesting $8500 in maintenance. When I purchased the vehicle from this dealership (previous owners of dealership) I prepaid for all the maintenance. This trip is the first time back for service/maintenance since all the prepaid was completed. I find it amazing that after having all that performed the next trip would cost so much. And if that is a legitimate charges I do not think a VW Atlas is a quality vehicle needed that much work with less than 69,000 miles. I do not feel comfortable returning for service or purchasing a new vehicle from VW of North Tampa. More

The second time, my dad brought in my car while I was at work, and he couldn’t stop raving about Patrick’s service. He was attentive, pleasant, and kept my dad updated on the status of the repairs throughout the process.
