I got my alignment done and was very inconvenienced to have the service done incorrectly. Overall, the service was done quickly and oil change and my original headlight problem was fixed. The tech who worked on the car apologized and we brought it back the next day to get fixed. However, the service the next day was awful. I was inconvenienced but we were made to feel like it was our problem or our fault. Took time out of my day that shouldn’t have been taken to get my car fixed AGAIN. First I told them I could do 1k down which we agreed on, then at signing a different day with different staff all the sudden it’s 1500 or we don’t get the car. Then he tells us it’ll be 849/mo but at signing says we need to have the gap and 6 year maintenance plan changing the monthly payment to 870. I told everyone before they pulled my credit I needed to be in low 800s to afford this car. I just feel like the hand off between different people on different days and coming back no one knew what was promised and everything changed around. I wish it was all done on that first day we came in. More
