We bought the car on Saturday when the parts department was closed. There were no rubber mats in the car which were included with the car. The dealership said we could not get them because it was Saturday was closed. There were no rubber mats in the car which were included with the car. The dealership said we could not get them because it was Saturday When we got home we called and asked them to send the rubber mats and the sales person and management staff said that was not something they did. They said we had to drive ( over 3 hours) to come pick up the mats.We suggested that they contact another local dealer which was closer to us so that we could get the mats, but there was no acknowledgment on the phone and no acknowledgment that they had done anything wrong. Finally I asked if the salesperson would get back to me the next day and he said he would. So far it has been three days and we have not heard back from the dealership. Their customer service is very lacking and they have no solution other than we drive 3 hours to pick up our mats. There is no concern for the customer. More

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and how quickly I was greeted and served for my appointment. I had an appointment for an oil change and to have a situation checked out on my car that is sti quickly I was greeted and served for my appointment. Mandi was great however I was disappointed that the reason I brought my car in was not found. I was given an alternative to come back and leave my car.
