Excellent Service Department Staff and technicians who go above and beyond to meet your needs. The Service Manager, Kevin Emerson, genuinely does his best to address any issues, listening to the customer and above and beyond to meet your needs. My service technician, Jean Ortiz, is extremely thorough finding anything that needs repair, fixing it to the highest standard. My service advisor, Patrick Bellendier, coordinated all aspects of my service visit, including arranging for shuttle service to and from the dealership, and ensuring my car was clean and in perfect condition upon pickup.
