I have bought literally dozens of cars/trucks in my life and this is the first time I have ever been moved to write a review of the experience. Not only did he contact the former owner of the truck we were buying to obtain an extra key but he called a couple days after our purchase to let me know he had found a pair of prescription glasses I had forgotten to take out of my trade in. The price was very fair and the service was a 10/10 ! Would definitely purchase again. More

Awesome experience! I purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan just over a year ago from a used car dealership. As soon as I drove off the lot, I had issues with the car. Fast forward to almost 12 months later, the timing belt went out and I was faced with $8000 worth of repairs on a car I owed $7500 on. Hallmark Volkswagen of Cool Springs went above and beyond to help get me into a safe, reliable, new car for my son and I to get around in. The general manager, Cody, and the salesman, Carlos, were personable and patient throughout the process. I took my time because I was scared of purchasing another used vehicle but the got me into an amazing 2014 Passat with an extended warranty. I feel so at ease with my purchase and am so thankful for all their help. Definitely recommend this dealership! More

Sells certified pre owned broken cars Drove my certified pre-owned off of the lot the last week of October, was stranded with a non starting car 2nd week of December. The service department told me they wouldn’t have that problem because they don’t drive VW’s. Worst experience ever and this was my 4th VW in 22 years of driving.
