I was worried when I read the reviews but I called Harold and worked a deal on the phone. We were close enough for us to make the 3 hour drive and seal the deal. I would deal with these folks again. and worked a deal on the phone. We were close enough for us to make the 3 hour drive and seal the deal. I would deal with these folks again. More

Buyer’s beware - Volkswagen Of North Nashville has excellent pre-purchase support, but their post-purchase support is nonexistent. I purchased a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan S on Friday 03/03/23. Josele excellent pre-purchase support, but their post-purchase support is nonexistent. I purchased a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan S on Friday 03/03/23. Joseleen had been nothing but supportive prior to my purchase. The only feature I wanted was blindspot monitors - which she assured me the car had. During our test drive, I asked again if the vehicle had blindspot monitors, as they did not immediately come on during the drive - Joseleen assured me it did. On the drive home, the blind spot monitors still did not come on. When I went in the next day to ask for support, we were informed that the exact vehicle I purchased did NOT have blindspot monitors, and since this was displayed on the window sticker with a discount for the missing service, there was nothing they could do. It’s worth noting that the window sticker was NOT on my car during the test drive - and actually shows the vehicle came from Little Rock, AR. I contacted Volkswagen Of North Nashville three times about my concerns before posting this review - those were three missed opportunities to make this issue right. The most they gave me was a half-hearted apology for being misinformed. DO NOT PURCHASE from this Volkswagen Dealership, and CERTAINLY not from Joseleen. My once-in-a-decade purchase has been ruined by this dealership. More
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and 30 minutes after leaving the lot, I started having transmission problems with it. They told me multiple times they would take care of the problem (trans minutes after leaving the lot, I started having transmission problems with it. They told me multiple times they would take care of the problem (transmission shudder). They then claimed there wasn't anything wrong with it even though I had another dealership look at it and verify that my concerns were correct in writing that i gave to Volkswagen of North Nashville. I even offered to pay for them to take it to the GMC dealership that they own and I would pay for it to be looked at. They said they would have GMC look at it and that there was no need for me to pay. After not hearing back I called them and they never took it anywhere and just told me to come get it and they were still claiming there wasn't anything wrong with it. That sure doesn't sound like they took care of it. Stay away from this place your money will be better spent elsewhere. More
Mr Moser the way that your finance manager behaved towards me and the way that he talked to me yesterday was nothing short of abusive. Not only that, it would be considered elder abuse because of my towards me and the way that he talked to me yesterday was nothing short of abusive. Not only that, it would be considered elder abuse because of my age. Three of your employees witnessed what happened. I'm relatively sure sir that your showroom is video taped. I do not tolerate abuse from anyone anywhere any time. What's worse sir is that you,The general manager have failed to respond in any way. So just don't you worry. I have taken care of getting the warranty cancelled. You do need to worry about the abuse I suffered at that dealership that you are in charge of. Just so you know I don't come from the hood. My issues are resolved in a court of law and in the court of public opinion!!!! More
The manager and I reached a deal. I sat down with my salesman. We were in the middle of the paperwork and the manager came back and said he just sold the car for cash to someone that I saw walk in after salesman. Worst dealership experience. Every answer was we cant. I went in for a 40k mile service and some other things i wanted checked. My touchscreen was messing up and even though i was getting a 500 dollar servi went in for a 40k mile service and some other things i wanted checked. My touchscreen was messing up and even though i was getting a 500 dollar service he wanted to charge me 129 diagnostic fee. He wouldn't waive it even if i got the work done to replace it. He refused to update my firmware/software. He claimed they could only do it if there was an issue. My touchscreen wasnt working properly and there was a small chance it may have resolved my issue. I would have payed for it but he did not give me that option. I asked about the complimentary vacuum/wash he claimed they didnt have the staff to do any of it. I asked for some touch up paint there was none he would have to order it and it would be 25 dollars extra to ship it to my home. I asked for tires and they didn't have them in stock and didn't have any discounts available apparently. I contacted the volkswagon in franklin and they said they would happily update my firmware/software for free and do the diagnostic for FREE. Stay away from volkswagon north nashville, go anywhere else. More
NEWAbsolutely worst experience ever with the service NEW Absolutely worst experience ever with the service dept. Took a 2011 Jetta to them for warning lights on dash. Mike in service text to inform me t NEW Absolutely worst experience ever with the service dept. Took a 2011 Jetta to them for warning lights on dash. Mike in service text to inform me that the vehicle needs a body control module at a cost of $1080.36. I told him to replace it if that will fix it.and they did. Picked up the vehicle drove 10 miles exact same problem occurred. Took it back next day several weeks later Mike text saying it needed an abs module total estimate $3509.25. Only then does he tell me that it had 37 codes the 1st time. When I ask why I wasn’t told this on the 1st visit he he said I needed to speak to his mgr. so I did just that and called JR Campbell . Told him the same thing he stated he would look into and get back with me. Never heard from him again. Pick the vehicle up today and the cover under the steering wheel is hanging down along with wires. The owners manual and original receipt from them is missing from the glove box. Definitely wouldn’t recommend not what I would expect from a new car dealership. More
