A very good experience with the service dept. Dealing with Sergio Ruiz in the service dept. and Service Manager Jeff Tolar was a pleasant and reassuring experience. My car had electrical problems Dealing with Sergio Ruiz in the service dept. and Service Manager Jeff Tolar was a pleasant and reassuring experience. My car had electrical problems from a flood and was not working, and my insurance company was denying the claim. Jeff had my car brought to the dealership and gave me a loaner at no charge. Finding the cause of the car's problems was difficult and time consuming but either Jeff or Sergio stayed in contact with me along the way so I always knew what was happening and why. Any time I had a question, Sergio and Jeff were available by phone and never seemed to rush me. When all was said and done, the service technicians were able to pinpoint where the water had caused the problems, and trading the loaner in for my car was easy. When I walked out of the office I actually felt good about having my car serviced, and I REALLY wanted to buy a Toureg TDi. More

never again expensive, frustrating, inadequate, unfair, condescending, incapable, abusive, and i could go on forever. no one has touched this car other then this expensive, frustrating, inadequate, unfair, condescending, incapable, abusive, and i could go on forever. no one has touched this car other then this service location, trusted their word and "the brand" behind finally after the car "broke down" before 60k .... an independent shop changes the spark plugs, wires and related pieces that should've been changed by the dealership to who I paid on timely manner... and voila,... the car runs normal again. The mystery has been resolved, the dealership is incapable of changing spark plugs, reading the computer report, the VW costumer care can't help. So... I guess my only choice is to voice my disappointment as many times and to as many people I can. NEVER AGAIN VW More

I drive 60,000 miles a year and have 3 cars, i know what I`m talking about. I went for maintenance at 40,000 and when I came back for my 50,000 and they pretend my car was never maintained there! I`m bringing my car soon for the third time for the same problem...and i can go on. You are better of in Fort Myers. More

We brought it in for an oil change and after talking a while with Lux about other VW vehicles and taking a test drive, we ended up trading in the Beetle on a new Passat. We had been considering something a little bigger for a few months, but had not considered a Passat. We were very impressed with the interior room, the options and the price for the TSI-SEL. Beautiful car, we love it! More
