never again expensive, frustrating, inadequate, unfair, condescending, incapable, abusive, and i could go on forever. no one has touched this car other then this expensive, frustrating, inadequate, unfair, condescending, incapable, abusive, and i could go on forever. no one has touched this car other then this service location, trusted their word and "the brand" behind finally after the car "broke down" before 60k .... an independent shop changes the spark plugs, wires and related pieces that should've been changed by the dealership to who I paid on timely manner... and voila,... the car runs normal again. The mystery has been resolved, the dealership is incapable of changing spark plugs, reading the computer report, the VW costumer care can't help. So... I guess my only choice is to voice my disappointment as many times and to as many people I can. NEVER AGAIN VW More

I drive 60,000 miles a year and have 3 cars, i know what I`m talking about. I went for maintenance at 40,000 and when I came back for my 50,000 and they pretend my car was never maintained there! I`m bringing my car soon for the third time for the same problem...and i can go on. You are better of in Fort Myers. More

We brought it in for an oil change and after talking a while with Lux about other VW vehicles and taking a test drive, we ended up trading in the Beetle on a new Passat. We had been considering something a little bigger for a few months, but had not considered a Passat. We were very impressed with the interior room, the options and the price for the TSI-SEL. Beautiful car, we love it! More
I was in for my 10,000 mile check up. The service people were very friendly and great service. While I was waiting for my car I talked to my salesman who is very nice too. Well, I went in to complain about a scuff to my front bumper on my wife's 08 V.W. Beetle...the next thing I knew, I was mezermirized by a 2012 used, black turbo beetle...I thought since I just bought mys bumper on my wife's 08 V.W. Beetle...the next thing I knew, I was mezermirized by a 2012 used, black turbo beetle...I thought since I just bought myself a used Mercedes dream car, I could at least upgrade her 08, to a cool, man's car, who I don't mind washing, and polishing a few times a week. We love it. Joe Silva was the only guy who sent me emails often, and sent me letters knowing he was there for me. He was. So was Marty Ingesoulian. All were "face to face" fair and resonable. Will be back, and will send as many of our envious friends there also. Thanks, Tom and Karen Janicky. More
I had to have my car in for it's 20K service and a few other things and David Wright was amazing! He did what I ever I asked him to do, or not to do with my car with no argument.
