costly repair with disappointing results My 2007 EOS needed two repairs-the convertible top would not open properly and the check engine light was on i was given an estimate of $1500. 2 day My 2007 EOS needed two repairs-the convertible top would not open properly and the check engine light was on i was given an estimate of $1500. 2 days later I picked up the car and before leaving attempted to open the convertible top. It functioned in the same manner as when i brought the car in, as if nothing had been done to fix the problem. I tried several times to make it work but was unsuccessful. The service advisor took the car back into the shop and after a short wait the car was brought back out with the top functioning properly. I was told it just needed an adjustment making me question the original costly repair if an adjustment was all it needed. Several days later the low coolant light came on requiring another visit to the dealership. After a pressure test of the system I was told that a thermostat gasket was improperly installed and needed to be replaced This service experience is unacceptable. I have decided I will not use Volkswagen of Naples for any other service or car needs and will be seeking a more reputable service provider Regrettably. Bob Kary More

Service Department I brought my Passat back to Volkswagen of Naples after having the car serviced there last week. The break squeal when I start out. The car has 15,000 miles on it and this problem just started. The service rep was good both when I brought in last week and today. He pulled the car's record and went into a office. The service manage came out and explained that the breaks were found to have no problems and that breaks do squeak when you first start out.He came across as on the arrogant side. I stated why did this problem didn't happen before now OR on other cars I have driven. He stated"It just happens" No wonder the service department waiting room had one only person waiting for their car. Another blemish on Volkswagen. I left disgusted. More

Glad to find the perfect team to help me. I stopped by the dealership and see what options that I had I was looking for my favor salesman Michael Schutt but unfortunately for me he wasn't there and he isn't anymore a salesperson now he is the financial manager which make me so happy because he helped a lot too with all my situation. I would like to take a moment to thank to Saul Hernandez for introducing me to Erin Presley she listens and hears what I need and what I want, she delivers. She is friendly, kind, honest, and what is most important to me is that she listens and she looks the best option for customers, she plays straight without confusion.
