Sales Manager on duty lied multiple times during our transaction. He agreed to a price then came back with the incorrect price on offer sheet. He guaranteed a finance rate lower than the load we had in transaction. He agreed to a price then came back with the incorrect price on offer sheet. He guaranteed a finance rate lower than the load we had in place. VW financing came in higher, but we were so far along on deal that he just accepted it so we could finish and leave. We will refinance in 60 days to our original lender. We definitely felt like we were intentionally mislead. We would definitely think twice before purchasing a vehicle there in the future. More

This was my first time leasing a new vehicle, and Ruben at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless! I don’t know much about cars, so truthfully, I was overwhelmed and nervous that the finance and at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless!
