I was especially pleased with the selection of used cars offered by Volkswagen of Naples. I really had no intention of buying a VW. I just stopped in to look before going on to the Mercedes dealer. But, offered by Volkswagen of Naples. I really had no intention of buying a VW. I just stopped in to look before going on to the Mercedes dealer. But, I found great cars at fair prices and careful restoration to "like new" condition inside and out. I am now convinced that the certified used car is the way to go. Especially since you are given a two year bumper-to-bumper warranty. I also appreciated the congenial and helpful manner of my sales rep, Luxon Estiverne. He is a very capable and approachable young man who clearly demonstrates his desire to provide exceptional customer service. Even after the sale, Luxon has been attentive and helpful. When I call, he either answers his cell phone himself, or returns my call within minutes. Every aspect of his dealing with me clearly said "I want you to enjoy buying a car from me". I think he is a very talented and dedicated young man. I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the top salesman at Naples VW. More

My mind was set on a VW. Visited other dealers but they did not meet my expectations. VW of Naples got my attention . The sales person who assisted me was Luxon. He was personable but at the same time v did not meet my expectations. VW of Naples got my attention . The sales person who assisted me was Luxon. He was personable but at the same time very professional. Took time to listen to my needs and resolved them with his vast knowledge. I strongly recommend VW of Naples and Luxon as a sales person. Purchasing a car is always a negative experience for me! However, I actually enjoyed working with Nick and Blair. The negotiation process was done with fairness and mutual respect. Nick is an awesome guy. Our experience was easy and as upfront as we were about what we wanted, he was as upfront about what he could do for us. We came with two problems to solve... 1 car on it's last le upfront as we were about what we wanted, he was as upfront about what he could do for us. With well over two months of research, test drives and contemplation,not a week went by where I wasn't impressed with Erin's follow-through and patience with my multiple questions. If she didn't have the answer to my questions, within moments you bet she would find it. She definitely isn't the typical sales person. She actually did EXACTLY what she always promised.
