No question about it; I had the best experience of my life purchasing a Volkswagen Automobile from Carl Senica. I had called about a vehicle I saw online in their inventory. We set up an appointment, and upon arrival he was ready with a clean, neat looking Volkswagen Passat Sedan. It was beautiful. I informed him that no decision would be coming at that time. I called him the next day to say I had decided against that car. At the same time, I told him what I thought I wanted, and why. He said he would be available with several cars for me to view, and take for a ride. The second car was also beautiful but pricey. By communicating with me he determined what my financial needs were. I continued with "I am not making a decision at this time"; however, on leaving I walked past a great looking car; he pulled it right out of the showroom, and down the road we went. In the end, I purchased that car that same evening. Carl helped me make the decision, not because he wanted to sell that car, but because he understood my needs and was able to help me make that hard decision - because its a lot of money, you will have it a long time, you want it to serve all your needs and dreams. I am so thankful Carl was my salesperson. And I will come back and see him again, and tell friends about how he helped me. The next day he taught me the da, and he became my friend. He knew all about the dashboard operations: radio, blue tooth phone, lites, wipers, mirrors, back seats, and so on. I believe this is more than a salesman; he is a Manager.
