Im an 18 year old girl and i was car shopping all day, and all the dealers i went to no one took me seriously and no one wanted to help me. I was a bit afraid to go to the volkswagen audi of naples becaus and all the dealers i went to no one took me seriously and no one wanted to help me. I was a bit afraid to go to the volkswagen audi of naples because often there prices are more than i can afford but i ended up stopping by and it was the best decision i could have ever made. The sales rep named mike came out to help me and he took the time to help me find a car that was perfect for me and that i could afford. He definitely went the extra mile. The dealership had even been closed for about an hour but they still stayed to help me. Well that same day i found the perfect car and the next day i returned and bought the car. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to help me and i appreciate how friendly they truly were. i would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me where i bought my car. I love my car and im so glad i came to this dealership. They really helped me out and they made everything perfect before i drove the car off the lot. More

I was VERY pleased with my experience at VW/Audi of Naples. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I expecially want to acknowledge Don Wagner my salesman. At one point I waited 3 hours for a young lady to call me back with a lease price..... Frustrated and angry I called Naples and was lucky to get Don on the phone. He listened to my wishes, matched me with a great BUG and guided me through the entire leasing process. I made a friend and got a new car! David stepped up to the plate to help deliver my new Jetta Sportwagen for a sale that was not his own. Even though this is my second Jetta TDI wagon, he showed me the many new tricks and features that Jetta Sportwagen for a sale that was not his own.
