While our new car has less than 200 miles, if our Q5 performs and is serviced at 90% of what we experienced with John, we will be truly satisfied. Seemed honest and the type of guy we would work with. After we refused the first deal, he brought in Troy who again was low key and no pressure, but clearly wanted to make a deal. He delivered 'exactly' in the car and paperwork what he promised. No fast talk, no re-dealing. I met Joel while my wife was test driving the car. He was also friendly and caring. I came in with financing all set and Joel politely and carefully asked if I had considered Audi financing. I had not and Joel went through the process quickly and shaved 2% off the personal financing I had lined up. The car was prepped great and John and Joel went through every detail of the car with my wife, even hooking up her iphone. Sorry I can't remember his name, but there was another staff member that went out of his way to get me a bottle of water and even offer a 'Propel' drink mix for it from his private stash. Later, the same guy noticed we were looking at the display case of Audi trinkets and he offered my wife and I a new A5 hat for free. Any company is the people that work there - great guys, which means great dealership! More

I was a bit afraid to go to the volkswagen audi of naples because often there prices are more than i can afford but i ended up stopping by and it was the best decision i could have ever made. The sales rep named mike came out to help me and he took the time to help me find a car that was perfect for me and that i could afford. He definitely went the extra mile. The dealership had even been closed for about an hour but they still stayed to help me. Well that same day i found the perfect car and the next day i returned and bought the car. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to help me and i appreciate how friendly they truly were. i would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me where i bought my car.
