This is my 6th Audi. I didn't even look at other makes. The last time I bought an Audi in FL (2001)I went to Bonita because people at Audi Naples were so indifferent. John Perkins and Troy Head were outstanding, helpful and responsive to my particular needs/concerns. I wound up ordering a car and am having it shipped to my summer home next week. My only suggestion for improvement is that when I arrived for my appointment to pick up the car, it wasn't ready. This caused me to miss an appointment with my trainer, whose cancellation policy is night before, so I had to pay for it-$75. The negative part of my experience at Audi Naples was in the Finance Dept. Mr Rodriguez was not forthright in explaining extended warranties. He showed me a paper and asked which of the 4 choices I wanted. That seemed sort of tricky, since I wanted none. By the 4th time I told him I wanted none, it was annoying. Then he said "Suppose I keep your payment the same and 'give' you paint and leather coverage." That seemed strange. I said that if he had something to "give" me, how about some $$$? In the end, for a reason I still don't understand, my projected payment ended up $14 per month lower...almost $700. The whole experience was out of character with everything that had happened up until that point. I think it was unethical, possibly more. More

The employees at VW Naples are the most wonderful group of friendly and helpful dealers I have ever come across! I came in with my mother and our two dogs and we bought a new Jetta wagon! Dave was knowledge and extremely attentive. Dave was able to answer all of our questions and made certain we were always comfortable. We were there on a Sunday and stayed way past closing time and he was not to answer all of our questions and made certain we were always comfortable. I was extreemly pleased with the salesman with whom we worked-David Faulkner. His approach worked very well with me as he was not high pressure but provided everything I needed as I made a decision to bu worked-David Faulkner. Pierne worked diligently to get us into the car we wanted, below what we would have paid anywhere else. In fact, he succeeded in selling us a nicer car than we had actually wanted....and I think he was correct in steering us towards the vehicle with the options that would ultimately make us most happy. We aren't easy ones to sell too. We aren't even much fun to deal with....but I can tell you that we were treated with absolute respect. Not only did Michael take good care of us, but the general sales manager and owner of the dealership asked us point blank what it was that we needed. They didn't make a huge profit off of our deal, but treated us like we were the most important customers they had. In addition, we had our other GTI serviced in Fort Myers. They failed to hook a computer back up, and it resulted in my car glitching. Naples identified the problem, hooked it back up correctly, and the issue was resolved.
