I needed to purchase a new vehicle and was sold on the VW Sportswagon by another VW dealership in Fort Meyers. The salesman at the Fort Meyers dealership did not get back to me with answers to my questions, Sportswagon by another VW dealership in Fort Meyers. The salesman at the Fort Meyers dealership did not get back to me with answers to my questions, in fact he never followed up with me to pursue the potential sale at all. I called The Naples dealership and was connected with David Faulkner. David convinced me to drive to Naples to talk in depth as to how VW of Naples was different. Different indeed...No pressure, positive and just plain pleasant. They reinforced my decision to buy a VW, (I had never owned one before) I spent more time there then I had planned but I did drive home with my 2012 Sportswagon. I love it, I love the mileage, I love the follow up that I continue to receive from David and VW of Naples. Now, when I needed to replace my wife's car, a few months later...Back to Naples for another chat....Couldn't afford another new one so soon, so David showed me many used cars on the lot that fit my needs, not necessarily my wants... David told me about a 2001 Jetta that just came in for a trade that morning. It had not been cleaned up yet and he hesitated in even showing it to me. It was the ticket...it was what I wanted....It wasn't for sale yet, it hadn't been cleaned up yet. It hadn't been inspected to insure VW of Naples standards....It wasn't for sale yet.....David and his back door staff made it happen....I bought it without my wife seeing it or approving, gutsy on my part. She loves it...wishes it were a TDI, but loves it none the less. Since then my collage bound son has also purchased a VW Sportswagen, a twin to the one I proudly own...yes another TDI. (people....spend the extra money...it's way worth it) I regret that it was not feasible for my son to go to Naples to purchase it from David, but it just didn't work...Sorry David. So now, in less than a year, my family has gone from never owning a VW, to owning three. I wouldn't have it any other way..BTW, while my experience in buying my son's VW in Minnesota, wasn't unpleasant, it definitely did not measure up to my "southern" connection...Keep it up Naples, you are on a role.......David Kratoska from Minneapolis, MN, soon to relocate with my wife in Cape Coral, not soon enough according to her. Now I will say one thing negative about this transaction. VW of Naples offered me free car washes for life....Do you think they took into account that I live 2000 miles away when they made me that offer?????? More

Nick and Joe were great and did everything they could to accomodate me. I was given a loaner as they had to retrieve my vehicle from another dealership.
