Sales staff was exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Service department staff are also very friendly. Have had some minor issues in the past with service department technicians. That was several years ago when I had a different VW. I don't think those people are there now. This is not a dealership that makes you feel pressured and I really appreciate that. More

This is my third car purchased from this dealership and I could not be more pleased. This is the easiest and pain free purchases yet. Jeff Sawick is without a doubt the most rude, out of line, short tempered salesman I have ever worked with. I found him so degrading and rude that I walked out of the building refusing to ever step foot line, short tempered salesman I have ever worked with.
