Don was professional..I felt like he was on my side..Most of the times at Car Dealerships you feel like someone is looking to beat you...but not a Audi of Naples...everyone from Sales to contract closing were knowedegable, polite and supportive. John's interpersonal communication skills are outstanding...verbal, non-verbal and reinforcing eye contact. John's product, service and customer focus was excellent. While our new car has less than 200 miles, if our Q5 performs and is serviced at 90% of what we experienced with John, we will be truly satisfied. Met by John, who was very engaging. Told him what my wife was interested in and he brought up several alternatives. Narrowed it down to an A4 and he was quick to offer a test drive for my wife. He was extremely helpful in showing us different options and colors of available cars and began the negotiating phase. He was not pushing, but fairly firm. Seemed honest and the type of guy we would work with. After we refused the first deal, he brought in Troy who again was low key and no pressure, but clearly wanted to make a deal. In the end, my wife and I were very satisfied with the attention we received, and look forward to a good relationship in the future. More

He delivered 'exactly' in the car and paperwork what he promised. No fast talk, no re-dealing. I met Joel while my wife was test driving the car. He was also friendly and caring. I came in with financing all set and Joel politely and carefully asked if I had considered Audi financing. I had not and Joel went through the process quickly and shaved 2% off the personal financing I had lined up. The car was prepped great and John and Joel went through every detail of the car with my wife, even hooking up her iphone. Sorry I can't remember his name, but there was another staff member that went out of his way to get me a bottle of water and even offer a 'Propel' drink mix for it from his private stash. Later, the same guy noticed we were looking at the display case of Audi trinkets and he offered my wife and I a new A5 hat for free. Any company is the people that work there - great guys, which means great dealership! More
