My wife and I had spent several months looking for a new car to replace her 14 year old vehicle. After several test drives and reviews, we settled in on a VW Golf 2012. Myers dealership so we went to the VW of Naples dealership. Our first impression was the professionalism and courtesy of the staff to include the receptionist. We first met with Kyle Harsh. He was a salesman that quickly understood our wants and personality. We did not purchase that day, but continued to make queries and negotiate the prices on-line with David Faulkner. After several weeks and dozens of e-mail we went back to the dealership and purchased out vehicle. It was exactly what we requested. As much as I dealt with David Faulkner over the internet, he had never shown impatience or pressure. When we received the car it was immaculate. David continued to spend time additional time familiarizing us with the car and the extra services and benefits that the dealership provides as part of non-purchase portions of the sale. Although we had primarily worked with David, we also want to give credit to Kyle for making the first and a lasting impression as to the reputability of the dealership. The bottom line is that this is one of the 3 top dealerships that we actually enjoyed our purchase, in over 30 years. Again, all of the staff seemed genuine in their pursuit of sales and customer satisfaction. The dealership was clean, a professional attitude was maintained at all times by the employees, sales were not high pressure, and the patience of the staff was exemplary. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, at any time, over the "other" VW dealers in Florida. More

When I purchase a vehicle, I don't do like most people and go out to find a vehicle that I'm interested in, I find a vehicle I'm interested in and then go out searching for it, normally. But I usually let the vehicle, and the vehicle purchase, be one of the very few emotionally driven purchases in my life. Whereas logic usually dictates most other decisions. The buying process, on the other hand, is a no-nonsense procedure for me. I am one that I can fall in love with a vehicle, then if things are not correct with the deal, then I WILL walk away from it without a look back. Our Certified Pre-Owned VW CC Sport was a vehicle that I thought, "Why not get something nice for us." "Us" being my wife and I. I happened to see this vehicle advertised at two Volkswagon dealerships, both being about 20 miles away from me in opposite directions. They were almost mirror images of each other with an inconsequentially few detail differences. I then did some figuring in my head as to what I'd like to pay and what the trade in was worth, etc. and wrote a detailed e-mail to both dealerships outlining my desires. There is only one person that is responsible for my deciding to purchase the vehicle at VW of Naples - Mr. Kyle Harsh. Kyle's swift, and personal response made me feel like he was talking to me, not to a number or faceless person. I gave him what I felt was necesary information to assess the possibilities of the deal (almost mirrored to the other dealership) and he got back to me in a clear, concise, and expeditious manner. I did not recieve the "run-around" that I have had in the years of buying vehicles that we ALL are accustomed to. Now, many have had this experience with salesmen and women all over. But, how many have said that they have communicated abck and forth, and have had this sales experience WITHOUT EVEN MEETING OR TALKING TO THIER SALESPERSON? I had some odd circumstances that prevented me from even CALLING and talking to Kyle. The closest we came to immediate intereaction for days was when we played "phone tag" for a while. I happened to get a few items arranged, and got away to come to the dealership and within a matter of minutes, Kyle had the vehicle for me to look at. We shook hand for the first time, looked at the car, drove it for 3 miles, and came back before we had to go. The next day, the deal was done as soon as my wife drove the vehicle, and we hwent out for lunch in our CC. That easy. Do you want it to be as easy for your next vehcile purchase? YES? Well, I wouldn't hesitate reccomending VW of Naples as your first choice. FYI - the only reason I have an "N/A" for the "quality of Wrok" is becuase the only real work that I had done was from the coffee machine making caffeinating me on a hourly basis. David Faulkner was ever so nice, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the Volkswagen products and the process of leasing and buying, new and used. Met with Nick DiNicola a few times. He was extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process. He even spent an hour showing me how to use everything in the car after I leased it.
