I was looking for an economical yet comfortable vehicle due to the fact that I drive in excess of 25,000 miles per year. I researched VW, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes diesels. I visited a number of dealerships and test drove selected models; including a Chevy Cruze. While the MB and BMW models were more luxurious, I found the Passat to be luxurious enough for my taste, and it has all the extras that I desire. VW of Naples was the last dealership that I visited. I found the staff very courteous and helpful. Wally Dera was my "advisor". He was able to answer my questions and I felt he negotiated in good faith. At the end I bought a 2014 Passat TDI SEL Premium and actually felt good about it. Everyone was professional and as of now I will recommend both the Passat TDI and VW of Naples. More
