During our stay we went outside to look at the 2014 VW Tiguan and Rex came up to us and asked if he could help us. He showed us several Tiguans and answered all our questions. Then Rex took the time to help us complete the trade of the CC for the Tiguan and completed the paperwork in a timely manner. I would recommend that you ask for Rex whether you are looking for a new or pre-certified car. On Friday, April 4th,2014, in the late afternoon, I contacted Volkswagen of Naples through truecar.com because the dealership was listed with a great price for the VW EOS Executive I was looking for. I was contacted within a short amount of time by Michael Schutt, who was professional and friendly, he asked all the relevant information from me, had a solid quote emailed to me by early the next morning. My wife and I drove to the dealership in Naples where Michael and his salesman, Robert (Bob) Lombardi, were waiting to greet us. A test drive was quickly arranged and we got down to business. It did not take us long to strike a deal, the dealership honored the quote emailed to me and we came to a very reasonable agreement on the price of my trade-in. Bob Lombardi was extremely professional, courteous and detail oriented. The whole atmosphere at the dealership, during the few hours we were there, was very relaxed and any staff we came into contact with, made us feel that they are there for us, the customers. We got a great price and a truly professional treatment by Bob, Michael, John Joseph (Credit department located in the Audi building). I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and with class. More

I love my new 1.8T Volkswagon Beetle. Joe Oliver made the sales process pleasant. He is a hard working energetic salesman. I have been driving VW Beetles since college and they are the best. The folks at Naples VW are friendly and even those not involved with the sale introduced themselves--Robert Goldberg and Erin. I haven't been to service yet, but if those involved are anything like "George" it will be great. He moved from Naples and is no longer in service. I had many enjoyable years working with him, so that I was able to keep my 2001 VW until now. Selection is sometimes a problem at VW dealerships, but Naples will do everything they can to make it right. More
A Great All Around Experience I leased a 2014 Jetta with Volkswagen of Naples today, and I am quite impressed by the service! After calling multiple VW dealers and taking test driv I leased a 2014 Jetta with Volkswagen of Naples today, and I am quite impressed by the service! After calling multiple VW dealers and taking test drives, the decision came down to a couple of things, mainly the miles I needed, the car I wanted, and the PRICE I could afford. As a college student with a few jobs, I knew this would not be an easy task. Other dealers came back with prices that were very high, too few miles, and they required that I cosign to get even a close to acceptable rate. After trying a couple dealers and almost giving up, I sent an email to VW of Naples to see what they could do for me. I was greeted by Erin Presley, and she was outstanding throughout the entire process. One thing I particularly liked was that we could have correspondence via text message, and with my busy schedule, this made the deal more attainable and comfortable for me. Once I explained to Erin what my situation was, what I was willing to come up with, and what I NEEDED, She set to work finding me a car, and pulling strings to get me financed on my own. When Chuck And Erin came back on the phone, they WORKED WITH ME and I felt they really listened to my needs, and didn't shove anything down my throat (something the other dealers were quick to do.) When the numbers came back, I was thrilled. I could get the car I wanted, at a price I could afford, with the money I had to put down, AND I COULD DO IT MYSELF, which was one of the most important factors of the deal. After clearing insurance (which Erin helped me decipher), I took my old car to CarMax, where Richard picked me up in the car I would be leasing, and drove to the dealership. After completing some paperwork with Ted in the office, Richard explained the new features of my car, and I was on my way! Thanks VW of Naples team, you guys are the best! More
I entered a request online for VW Jetta Sportswagon TDI and Erin responded swiftly and gave me some wonderful figures. I had a couple other dealerships I was going to visit but once I got to Volkswagen of Naples I went no further. Erin was wonderful and made sure I got the best possible price on my new Jetta. Lux went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and gave us important information on our choice of auto. Robert work undying lay to fit us into the budget we had in mind and John topped off this remarkable experience for financing with no pressure just pure honest help and service that is undeniably the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely return to this wonderful dealership for my next car and I would recommend my friends and family do the same. Excellent customer service and a lot of great smiles. I did my vehicle research on Volkswagen and Mini Cooper's site using "build your Car". Michael Schutt called and e-mailed me with information and pricing. I was very pleased with his combination of professionalism and friendliness. I had not driven or even seen the Tiguan R-Line model so I headed to Naples Volkswagen before the Mini Cooper dealer. Michael introduced me to Kyle Harsh to learn more about the R-Line and take it on the road. Kyle turned out to be a great salesperson with vast product knowledge. After seeing and driving the Tiguan R-Line there was a couple of issues with the R-Line that I had trouble getting past. One was the black panels on the front and rear of the vehicle. I thought they should be the body color. I did not consider many other manufacturers because of black body panels. I had seen pictures of the Tiguan R-Line online that had front and back panels painted. Kyle's instinct saw my interest fading a bit and offered to have the panels painted at a price that was more than fair. Well, working with such great salespeople at Naples Volkswagen I ordered my new Tiguan R-Line that afternoon and never made it to see the Mini Cooper Countryman dealer. Richard W. Ross More
