He was knowledgeable, considerate, accommodating and patient. That same evening I brought my husband back and we leased one. It was that simple because Kyle was so easy to work with. I knew what I wanted and he made it work. It all just came together. He stayed past closing to work with us and get the deal closed. Unexpected but appreciated by us because we both work. When we picked up the car the next day I had some buyers remorse and Kyle walked me through it helping me feel comfortable and happy with my new purchase. I would recommend Kyle to anyone and everyone because I have complete trust in his expertise and knowledge of his products. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We were very impressed and I thank him for making this experience a good one. We trade cars every 3 years and I will remember him when that time comes due. Also his customer service skills are outstanding. He certainly knows how to accommodate his customers. He's a great guy! More

How a used car became new I hd planned on buying a used medium size car and after visiting 5 dealers in Naples I disqualified 3 of them due to impression I got of the sellers. Of the remaining two it was a close call but VW of Naples made me a nice offer for a hardly used 2014 Passat 2.5 SE with only 260 miles on the clock. I bought the car but a couple of days later I thought I would be happier with a diesel car. VW of Naples agreed to take back the Passat I had purchased for the same price I gave for it and still give me a reasonable deal on a 2014 Passat 2.0 TDI SE. It will probably be a number of years before I replace my new car but I would gladly deal with Marty Ingesoulian and VW of Naples again. More
Great conversion I had a price in my mind and even though they could not meet the price, I would not trade the experience with Lux, his manager and the finance person. Lux also put in a beautiful little car for my kid which was very thoughtful. I had a Honda and was going to the Honda showroom and Lux's timing of the call was perfect salesmanship to convert me to VW and I couldn't be happier. purchase of A-5 My wife and I were down on vacation in Naples. We decided one day to go over to the Audi dealership and were met on the lot by Rex Manchester. He was very courteous and helpful showing us what cars were available. We scheduled an appointment for the next day when we could go over the features of the A5 and take a test drive. I loved the style of the car, but it was the pick-up and response I was concerned about, having driven a Mercedes CLK350. The test drive was convincing and Rex answered all my questions. It was a good meeting. I met the sales manager and we discussed the pricing. I told Rex that I would think about it and get back to him. After a couple of days I got back to Rex and he professionally took my offer and within a short period of time got back to me that the deal was a go. No stress and a pleasure to deal with Rex, who my wife and I got to like very much during the process. My experience was so positive I would have no problem recommending Rex and the dealership More

Horrible! I leased a car from this dealer and right off the bat things were damaged on the car. One week after having the car they took it into service to fix t I leased a car from this dealer and right off the bat things were damaged on the car. One week after having the car they took it into service to fix the damages. Seven days later my car was returned to me and nothing was fixed! Each and every time I tried to contact them I received no response from the service manager. Only after showing face were things were fixed. The excuse I received from everyone was that there were too many hands in the pot and one employee blamed another for not passing along the message on what needed to be fixed. Really?? Is this how you provide good customer service? Not to mention, I was asked several times not to write them a bad review on their survey from Volkswagon. It seemed as if that was the only thing they cared about. Approximately two weeks later my salesman Luxon contacts me and asks me for the VIN number on my car, I was curious as to why he needed that but I never questioned it. A few days later, Luxon contacted me again and asked if he could bring papers to me at my place of employment for me to sign. Initially, he was not upfront about the dealers errors until I asked. He eventually admitted that the dealer had the wrong VIN number on all my paperwork ( Title, Registration, etc.) and I was even funded through Volkswagon Credit for a car that I didn't even have! At this time, I expressed my concerns to Luxon regarding the gas consumption of the car I leased and I asked him if he could help get me into a more fuel efficient car and he told me that he could help. When I initially contacted Luxon about leasing one of his cars, I voiced my concerns about leasing a fuel efficient car due to my lengthy commute to work and he advised me that the car I was interested in was comparable to the car I was trading in and that couldn't have been further from the truth! At this time, I had even spoke to the General Manager Robert Goldberg regarding my ENTIRE situation. He advised me to come in and they would help my situation. Once I arrived at the dealer, I chose a much cheaper car and Luxon advised me that the car I leased and only had for 22 days had depreciated $4,500 and my new payment would be $130 a month more then what I am currently paying! At that point we knew that this dealer was dishonest, only out to make a dime and clearly doesn't care about their customers. We have had such a horrible experience with this dealer in only 22 days! In reality I haven't even had the car for 22 days! I understand that they are out to make money but this should have not been "The Deal" to make money on. What they should have done at this point was keep a customer HAPPY and focus on their NEEDS: again NEEDS! I will never do business with this dealer again and Volkswagon of America WILL receive a detailed survey regarding my situation. Thanks Volkswagon of Naples for the worst experience ever! More

Lux, did the best he could, and it was the best to take me out of the "problem" car, and put me in another car with very little increase in my monthly payment, Lux represents the best in support, best in dedication to and for the dealership. He has the intelligence to be in a management position. I hope the dealership acknowledges this, and does not lose a valuable asset. More
