I put in a request online and Bob and Erin immediately responded with the information we needed. When we arrived Bob spoke with us about our needs and wants in a car to make sure that he was selling us a car that would be the right fit. We then test drove one and he make sure we understood all of the difference between our current car and the new one and make sure we were getting exactly what we needed! Both Bob and Erin are no nonsense when it comes down to financing and it was a pleasure working with both of them. Even the finance manager, John Joseph was a pleasure to work and he made finalizing all of the paperwork a breeze. He was knowledgeable, considerate, accommodating and patient. That same evening I brought my husband back and we leased one. It was that simple because Kyle was so easy to work with. I knew what I wanted and he made it work. It all just came together. He stayed past closing to work with us and get the deal closed. Unexpected but appreciated by us because we both work. When we picked up the car the next day I had some buyers remorse and Kyle walked me through it helping me feel comfortable and happy with my new purchase. I would recommend Kyle to anyone and everyone because I have complete trust in his expertise and knowledge of his products. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer.
