Between Rex Manchester and Bob Lombardi the purchase of my wife's new VW Passat went very smoothly, all paper work was explaind leaving no questions unanswered. Bob Lombardi even took the time to follow me home for further required papers. From past experience this dealership's service work matches it's sales department for high quality work, so I'm looking forward to my next visit ! More

Our intent was not to purchase, but to get information. When looking at possibly purchasing an Audio, I requested Lux, remembering his great customer service. Once again, I was not let down. Lux determined the car that I really wanted and made it happen. Through constant communications and negotiations, I purchased the Audi A8. Lux spent a lot of time showing me how to operate the many functions of the automobile . Professional and accommodating purchase experience I recently purchased a new 2014 Passat Diesel from Joe Oliver at Naples VW. Joe did a great job of follow up in the year or so build up to my final de I recently purchased a new 2014 Passat Diesel from Joe Oliver at Naples VW. Joe did a great job of follow up in the year or so build up to my final decision to purchase. I made the decision to do so based on a couple of different things. First, I took my existing VW that I had purchased elsewhere in for service and met Nick DiNicola who honored a competing dealers service coupon and saved me some money in the process. Second, even though the Sales Manager of the VW dealership had an emergency and my sales consultant Joe was off the day I decided to buy, no one dropped the ball on me. Shortly after my initial phone call Micky from the Audi side of the dealership returned my call about my potential purchase and put together a very fair deal on the spot the first go around. Having called 2 other dealerships that same day including the one I bought 2 previous vehicles from, and have no calls returned until after 5 pm that day, I appreciated the fact Micky recognized I was ready to move forward. Finally Rex Manchester stepped in for Joe and spent a ton of time with me ultimately during the buying process and the delivery and I wasn't even his customer even to the point of giving away one of his appointments to another salesperson so I would be taken care of properly. Easiest Decision ever As soon as i walked in i was introduced to Luxon Estiverne. I came in to just look for a some cars and decide which i would consider in the future. Luxon showed me a couple models but got my hooked on the CC (which is what i purchased) he told me all the great features it came with as well as all the technology it come with. We went inside to talk about prices, Luxon took almost no time to get me priced out. Which i might add priced me well too! I ended up coming home with a car that day. I can truthfully say i'v never been happier with a purchase before and thats all thank to the dealership and the great salesman i had (Luxon) . EXCELLENT, EXPEDIENT, EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF ROBERT LOMBARDI Robert should have a 10 Star Rating. From the moment that we met, he spent the time to listen to what we were looking for and wanted. He thoroughly went through the inventory process, and helped direct me to the exact car that filled my "want list" bill. He took us through the leasing process, explaining every detail, and thereby truly sealed the deal. He made arrangements to hold the car for us, as we needed to remove my daughter's car and space in our garage for my new "baby." Had the windows tinted and when we picked the car up yesterday (06/20), it was immaculate and could have been used for a VW photo shoot for advertising. It is MAGNIFICENT. The first car that I owned was a red VW Beetle - circa 1960. That car went through winters in Buffalo, NY like nothing else on the road. Over the years I have owned or leased a lot of cars. But my new "baby" puts most to shame. Upon picking up my car, Robert spent an hour and a half going over EVERY feature on and in the car. He was extremely patient with this techno challenged woman, and assured me that I could call him "anytime" with "any" questions that I didn't "absorb" during his lesson. He set up my follow-up appointment for 4 weeks while we were there. He even suggested, and did ride with me, to make sure that I was comfortable with the car and its ride on the road. That had never happened before when I picked up a new vehicle. My husband followed me home, and he said that people on the road were "checking out" my wheels all the way back. I had to hurry because I didn't want it to rain on her before she got parked in her new home. Robert said that VW does not sell umbrellas for their new cars ;) My husband is the consummate sales person. He lavished praise on Robert's knowledge of the product, and its features, and his demeanor with his customers. My husband said that Robert should train all VW's salespeople. My husband also drives a VW, and he said that he never got the detailed lessons that Robert gave me on ALL of the car's features. The day we went into the Naples Showroom, we actually had an appointment with another car dealer later that afternoon. Never made it! ALL because of Robert's ultimate professional handling of "our deal," I am now driving a gorgeous, classy, sassy metallic beige 2014 VW cc Sedan. I AM THRILLED!!! Thanks Robert! Exceptional job! I will tell friends, who will surely ask, where I got my outstanding vehicle, and tell them who they should ask for when they visit the Naples VW Showroom. Marilou Barton More

Great experience!!! When My cars axle broke and I needed a car ASAP. VW of Naples brought me a loaner car and let me keep it until I was able to come in and look at cars! When I went to look at cars I was set up with Jeff Weissert, he was phenomenal. I am a single mom so when I came with my almost two year old son you could imagine it was like a hurricane just hit! But Jeff stayed calm and answered all questions I needed answered, helped me with financing my car, and even stayed past hours to get me into my dream car! I cant thank him enough. If you go to VW of Naples ask for Jeff. You wont regret it :) More
