Erin wouldn't let us settle I took my brother-in-law, Jon in to trade in his old Mazda and buy a VW Passat Wolfsburg that he liked online. We were on a specific budget and had ex I took my brother-in-law, Jon in to trade in his old Mazda and buy a VW Passat Wolfsburg that he liked online. We were on a specific budget and had exactly no room to wiggle. We were greeted by Erin Presley who was kind and professional from the start. Based on the condition of the trade-in, it appeared we weren't in the ball park for the car that Jon fell in love with online and during the test drive. We took a look at a couple of similar cars that were closer to where we needed to be, but Jon's heart was in the first one. Erin recommended we not settle on anything other than the car we wanted. She spoke to everyone she had to to arrive at a number that worked for us. This was the first time Jon has been through this process and I'm happy it was with Erin.
