I had a Mercedes, which I loved for 5 1/2 years, and just could not justify spendin I just spent 3 days in different dealerships looking for a Passat. I had a Mercedes, which I loved for 5 1/2 years, and just could not justify spending much more on repairs. i put an inquiry on the Internet for a VW and heard from 5 dealerships within 5 minutes. Michael was the first to contact me and I did meet with him . He was great. As a single female, I was very reluctant to walk into any dealership. I spent the 2nd day in another dealership and went running back to Naples with Michael and Doug. Believe me, i really appreciated the level of service and the lack of pressure I felt at Naples VW. I did buy a Passat from Naples although I was "supposedly" offered a better deal at the high pressured dealership that I would NOT return to. I ran as fast as I could from dealership #2 and back to Michael Schutt who extremely patient and kind to me. Doug spent time with me going over all the bells and whistles of the new Passat. Because it was last minute purchase we arrived very late in the day; Tamas had to stay with us after hours, and he did so without haste, taking extra time in the dark to show us all the features of the vehicle. When was the last time you bought a car a pleasant experience! This is my second purchase at VW of Naples, the first one was in 1989. Their customer service and overall experience has survived several decades. This dealer has made a commitment to the residents of Naples to provide their customers with first class service, and in my opinion they have continued to do this decade after decade. More
