Seamless Experience Buying Car for Out of State Registration Very happy with the service we received while buying our 2017 VW Tiguan. Jay Roden was very knowledgeable, not only about the car and all the benefits Very happy with the service we received while buying our 2017 VW Tiguan. Jay Roden was very knowledgeable, not only about the car and all the benefits of VW Certified Pre-Owned vs non-certified used VW, but also about all the requirements to purchase the car in FL for primary use in NY. The dealership was able to do all the state paperwork for us directly, they are even able to get us NY state plates and collect NY state sales tax in lieu of FL sales tax. Business manager Keith Ahearn was an expert and knew everything about NY requirements, and was very transparent with us throughout the entire paperwork process. This was my first used car purchase as I have previously only leased new cars, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the level of service we received was exactly what I would expect when buying/leasing a brand new car. Would now always highly recommend buying a used car directly from the manufacturer's dealership rather than other used car vendors. More
