Volkswagen of Naples

I'm very happy to write this review of a great salesman and finance guy. I live in Michigan and I went to a car dealership up here to try and trade in my 2 cars for 2 upgrades. I was also in a bad loan tha and finance guy. I live in Michigan and I went to a car dealership up here to try and trade in my 2 cars for 2 upgrades. I was also in a bad loan that I was underwater on. I didn't like the offer I was getting so I called my friend Rob Winters who I had purchased cars from in the past for advice. Long story short, Rob instantly put on his scuba gear and yanked me up from the loan I was drowning in. He was able to get me an amazing deal for my two trade-ins and shipped two cars up from Florida. They also picked up my 2 trade-ins to take back to Naples Volkswagen. I had no idea we could do that. I was just calling for advice! Rob is the David Copperfield of car salesmen constantly pulling rabbits out of his hat and pulling strings. I had to make some changes mid-deal due to some unforeseen circumstances. Without hesitation, Rob adjusted and found me what I was looking for. It's like my deals were dancing like a marionette with Rob at the helm. Within 48 hours we had a deal for 2 new cars and a delivery date in place. It was as easy as ordering a pizza! Finance guru Keith Ahearn did a great job as well finding us a great interest rate and great value for our trade-ins. I'm so glad I made the call down to Naples. I can't even explain what a miracle this was. Please don't hesitate to work with these two magicians. I know who I'm calling again next time, no matter where I live. Thanks guys! Kirk McFee More

Originally we just went to Naples Volkswagen to look at and test drive a Volkswagen GTI.  After the test drive we weren't as impressed as we hoped to but Ruben provided excellent customer service. Never did we feel pressured to buy any car right then and there at all. From the beginning of our relationship with Ruben it was obvious that not only did he have extensive knowledge of the vehicles and answered all our questions but he wasn't a gimmicky salesman. We appreciated the fact that he wasn't trying to distract us from the car by getting into personal life questions but was just as focused on the car as we were. Definitely our choice of purchasing from Naples Volkswagen dealership was solely based on our experience with Ruben. After our purchase Ruben called to follow up and make sure we were completely satisfied. We could not be happier with our purchase and the service at Naples Volkswagen .
