Julian was very responsive. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then delivered just that (along with a couple of other options, just to be sure.) He spent extra time taking pictures and what I was looking for and then delivered just that (along with a couple of other options, just to be sure.) He spent extra time taking pictures and videos as I am out state and provided as much info about the car’s history as was possible. He was very professional and polite while friendly and fun to work with. I don’t have possession of the vehicle yet; however, this has been a great experience to this point. More

From the first encounter and over three trips to the dealer, Ruben was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for in an SUV, provided pros and cons for each of my comparisons and didn't press dealer, Ruben was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for in an SUV, provided pros and cons for each of my comparisons and didn't pressure me in any way to close a deal. However he was proactive in expressing the value of the Atlas and quality standards. He was professional and respectful throughout the process. Once I decided to buy the entire team was efficient and considerate of my time. The finance manager Pat ensured a seamless process; it was fast, clear and great experience.
