We visited VW of Naples, FL, on January 2021 while shopping for an SUV that would accommodate the needs of our disabled son. We meet Sales Rep. Jay Roden. Jay is friendly, knowledgeable, and has great shopping for an SUV that would accommodate the needs of our disabled son. We meet Sales Rep. Jay Roden. Jay is friendly, knowledgeable, and has great patience. He and his co-workers are fantastic team members and represent VW with professionalism. They were all immensely customer-friendly, not pushy, well-versed in the inventory, and knowledgeable of the vehicle's operations. After almost a year of waiting for the vehicle that fit our needs, which is always in demand, the VW Atlas SEL Premium R-Line was finally in stock. Jay kept in contact with us throughout the year when new inventory arrived, and with great delight, we purchased the vehicle the next day. The VW of Naples Team honored the MSRP and did not take advantage of the price. They stayed fair from January pricing to the present, unlike many other car dealers that we have visited throughout the year, selling thousands above MSRP. The purchasing processes when smooth, and we also met great team members like Will Malloy, Finance, who made the finance fluid and easy, and Jefferson, Technology introducing us to the vehicle many great features. We also had a trade-in, and the manager gave us a fair market value without haggling or trying to undermine our car value. We heard great things about the service department and looked forward to having a long and great relationship with VW of Naples.
