She actually lives out of town, so I was her advocate. Ruben was again quick to help and was able to guide us to the perfect car. Ruben went above and beyond and even took my phone to talk to my older daughter via FaceTime to show her the car and explain what she would be getting. Likewise, Patty in the financing office went above and beyond in assuring my unique lease buyout situation was efficiently managed and resolved on their side. I have dealt with Volkswagen of Naples for over a decade. As mentioned, my most previous vehicle was another manufacturer and dealership. While they too are professional, I did not feel the same sense of superior customer support as I have always received at VW of Naples. I recommend VW of Naples without reservation! More
