I do not like going to dealerships and feeling pressured to buy with a ton of upsell tactics. To my surprise, this dealership was very professional, not pushy. I didn't buy right away. I ordered an ID4 through Naples VW although I live in Lehigh Acres. I met Jay R who was very helpful throughout the 6 month process.
