Joe was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle I was inquiring to buy. My experience overall with VW has always been pleasant and I'm happy to say that Murrieta kept the same standard here. Even the smallest detail, they were able to take care of in a timely manner. I purchased the car at a great price and the team was very respective about my decision to not finance through the dealership. Outstanding experience and customer service I purchased a CPO from Volkswagen of Murrieta and had a wonderful experience dealing with Joe, John, and Luis. My client advisor, Joe Meenan, set me I purchased a CPO from Volkswagen of Murrieta and had a wonderful experience dealing with Joe, John, and Luis. My client advisor, Joe Meenan, set me up for a test drive and took his time in explaining the features of the car I was interested in which is the Jetta Hybrid. I've never owned a hybrid vehicle before and came out of the dealership a lot more knowledge of the hybrid technology and what to expect. I came to sign the papers and pick up the car less than an hour before their closing the following day due to my work schedule; and the team stayed extra late to cater to my needs and ensured that I took the vehicle home that same night. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. Two thumbs up for the VW staff at Murrieta. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
