Good service Overall good experience. The staff was friendly and the deals were pretty good. Low balled me pretty hard with my trade in but oh well.. what do you e Overall good experience. Aaron was very friendly and didn’t pressure me too hard, which is a good thing. When people get too pushy, it is a big turn off. Thank you VW team for my new Passat. P.S. Leanne was friendly as well and i can’t remember the 3rd guys name that helped me. His grandfather was a captain for Anaheim PD. He was a good guy too ! More

Bought my son a car! I used the internet to do my research and found that Aaron and Lee Ann at Volkswagen of Murrieta had a car I was interested in. I had planned to visit I used the internet to do my research and found that Aaron and Lee Ann at Volkswagen of Murrieta had a car I was interested in. I had planned to visit several dealerships but my first was Murrieta and turns out my last. They made the process very enjoyable and accepted my offer. The car for being two years old looked basically new. We will give the car to my son in two days as a surprise and I cannot wait to see his reaction. Thank you again LeeAnn and Aaron for making a car purchase so pleasant. We are a Volkswagen family and will definitely be back because of these to very nice people!!! More
