Another Fantastic Experience with Volkswagen of Murrieta We were looking for cars on a Saturday night and arrived at this dealership about 35 minutes after they closed. Kailey Lewis was leaving for the night but saw us on the lot. She dropped everything to come show us the car. Excellent service. The next day she was out so she put us in contact with Austyn Jaramillo. His service was fantastic. We did most of the negotating over the phone so that when we went into the dealership it was very easy. He knows the cars inside and out and was able to help us pinpoint what we are looking for. John Taylor is the sales manager that helped us (for the second car purchase now) and he is honest, fair and has great customer service. By the time we finished the test drive, I knew she was a person of integrity and I was completely at ease with her at the helm. She showed and informed me of all the things this dealership does in preparing their Certified Pre-Owned vehicles for sale. It was impressive. She provided me with the CarFax and then we got down to business. I was actually planning on going to see a few Kia Souls after I had test driven "Bugsy" but after naming her in my head during the test drive, those other cars didn't stand a chance. Now, I hadn't purchased a car since 2004 so I was shocked at the technology available and LeeAnn had no problem walking me through everything and even setting up my phone so I can talk hands-free. Everything she presented to me was completely transparent and when she took my offer to Scott for approval, he did me right and then some! He was genuinely eager to make sure I didn't feel pressured in any way and suggested I drive it again if I so desired. By then I had made up my mind so off to financing I went, where Matthew gave me clear, easy to understand numbers and provided options and add-ons without any pressure whatsoever, which was such a pleasant surprise. So, Murrieta of Volkswagen aims to please and they did, in every way! I've seen my share of car dealerships over my 65 years between me and the kids and know I will never find a dealership as well run, with happy employees who are genuinely interested in meeting your needs, not to mention their sparkling clean showroom and offices. Buying a car usually ranks right up there with going to the Dentist. Not so here! It truly was a pleasure, from start to finish and I drove off into the sunset in my little bug and haven't stopped smiling since! More
