Another Fantastic Experience with Volkswagen of Murrieta We were looking for cars on a Saturday night and arrived at this dealership about 35 minutes after they closed. Kailey Lewis was leaving for the nig We were looking for cars on a Saturday night and arrived at this dealership about 35 minutes after they closed. Kailey Lewis was leaving for the night but saw us on the lot. She dropped everything to come show us the car. Excellent service. The next day she was out so she put us in contact with Austyn Jaramillo. His service was fantastic. We did most of the negotating over the phone so that when we went into the dealership it was very easy. He knows the cars inside and out and was able to help us pinpoint what we are looking for. John Taylor is the sales manager that helped us (for the second car purchase now) and he is honest, fair and has great customer service. If you are anywhere in SoCal looking for a VW, you have to give this team a try. Extremely pleased. Will come back for sure. Thank you VW of Murrieta. More
